Shipping Rates
Flat rate shipping is $8.95, and U.S. shipping is free on orders over $75.
Processing & Shipping
Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Info
Delivery timelines are provided by the courier and are subject to change. If you have questions regarding the status of your package after it has shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the most accurate updates.
Urbanity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
